Our Project: YouTubers and the DMCA

During Beyoncé Week, Technology Law students explore the law in a business connected to Beyoncé or Jay-Z, and YouTube certainly qualifies. We examined YouTube, copyright law, and the DMCA by interviewing seven YouTubers, including a Hollywood journalist and film critic, a professional musician, and two young content creators who may be on their way to YouTube stardom.
